Mel Baxter is at the vanguard of Brisbane’s creative scene. She is a designer, artist, photographer, stylist and creative entrepreneur. She's curated art shows for CURVY, Frankie Magazine, as well as her own signature art show The Versus Show; which is a collaborative exhibition featuring music, art, skate culture and media.

Mel has a Bachelor of Creative Industries and has been a Graphic Designer since 2002. Dane has long been regarded as one of Australia’s premier music photographers. He has worked with a legion of Brisbane /Australia’s finest including The Grates, Little Birdy, Butterfingers, The Gin Club, The Hungry Kids Of Hungary, The Cairos, and The Disables just to name a few.

Dane has spent time working in New York and London where he rubbed shoulders with The Dandy Warhols, Lemonheads and Yeah Yeah Yeahs. His work has been the subject of numerous exhibitions throughout Brisbane. Dane is known for his uncanny ability to cut to the raw essence of whomever appears before his lens, his vision is at once humorous, tragic and often beautiful.

Rick has been a music manager since 2002 and is currently managing The Boat People and Dan Parsons. He has been on the board of Q Music since 2006, teaches copyright and publishing and entrepreneurialism at JMC Academy and in 2009 co-founded DownloaD, a 6 month course for emerging Queensland managers.

He is a qualified lawyer (but don’t hold that against him) and also has over 20 years of entrepreneurial business experience. He is a trained business coach and has worked with a number of Queensland’s largest companies and government departments to develop management talent and leadership.

Rick is available for both artists and music businesses to consult on all areas of their businesses and careers including maximizing income streams, communication, radio and release strategies, export strategy, attaining grants, contracts, including band agreements, management agreements, distribution, publishing, record and licensing deals.
